WeatherBug looks great and has a nice set of features, but if you live outside of the US, you may find this app failing you in a few key points.
Quite strangely, WB doesn't support Celsius. It's likely that C may be supported in a future version and that this was simply rushed, but it's a pretty important feature to be leaving out, especially when you claim to support 45k locations, the majority of which probably use Celsius. Also, from Canada, the Camera feature showed me photos of New York. This is most likely due to a lack of support for Canadian cams (again, perhaps just temporarily in this version).
On the upside, it's nice to have numbers for lo/hi temps, rain, humidity and even wind (both direction and speed). The forecast summary, giving you a breakdown of today and the following 2 days can also come in handy. The ability and ease with which you can add new locations will be very useful if you're planning a trip.
Overall, decent app, needs some work, but has a lot of potential.
